How to deny a field for a specific group of users?
Go to Access levels and permissions > Click on Data
permissions > select the role for the group of users that you
want from the drop down list > Type your layer’s name in the quick
search bar > Click the small arrow beside the layer to display
its field > un-check the field that you want to deny > Click save
