How to set capabilities over layer?

Go to Access level and permissions > Click on Data Permissions > Select the role that you want to set your permissions for > Select the layers that you want to allow access to > beside each layer you will find a set of icons indicating these functions: printable layer-Editable layer-a query can be performed on the layer- downloadable layer, click on the capability that you want to allow for this layer
