1.1      Layers

In this section, we will discuss how to explore and purchase public layers

1. Log-in with your subscribed organization admin user ( to know how to login follow the login process from here How to log in)
   
2. Click on Marketplace then select Layers
   
   
   
   
3. Here you will find listed all the public layers that you can purchase
   
   
   
   

1.1.1      How to search for a layer

1. Search by extended region: You can select on the map a region that you are searching for its available layers.
   Click on the + icon to zoom into the region you want then click on the E icon to draw a square over the intended region by clicking then dragging to select.
   You can click on the – icon to zoom out and adjust your location
   you can clear all your selections by clicking on Clear
   

2. Search by Name: where you can type the name of the layer that you want then click enter to start searching or click on search at the bottom of the search list
   

3. Search by Subjects: You can choose from a list of subjects that the targeted layer could be related to. You can choose more than one subject by selecting the ones that you find related
   
   
4. Search by Geometry: You can search by the geometric form for the layer by choosing whether point, line, polygon form or search for more than one form.
   
   
   
   
5. Search by Capabilities: You can choose to search for layers with specific capabilities such as print capability, edit capability, search capability and download capability. You can select more than one capability
   
   
   
   
6. Search by Description: it’s where you can enter the description of the layer you are searching for then click enter to start searching or click on search at the bottom of the page
   
   
   
   
   
7. Search by Organization: here you can search with the name of the organization that published the layer then click enter to start searching or click on search at the bottom of the page
   
   
   

   

   
   
   
   
8. Search by Date: Enter the layer publish date range by clicking the From field and choosing a date from the calendar, then click on the To field and choose the date limit from the calendar
   
   
   
   

You can Click on Clear to clear all search filters

1.1.2      How to purchase a layer

After you logged in successfully and access your marketplace layers

All purchased layers will be added automatically into My ingredients under Layers

1.2      Coded list

In this section, we will discuss how to explore and purchase public coded lists

1. Log-in with your subscribed organization admin user (to know how to login follow the login process from here How to log in)
   
2. Click on Marketplace then select coded list
   
   
3. Here you will find the list of all public Coded Lists that you can purchase and explore
   

1.2.1      How to search for your coded list

There are 5 search criteria that you can use to narrow your search options

1. Search by Name: You can enter the name of the coded list you are searching for in the empty field then click enter to start searching or click on search
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Search by Subjects: You can choose from a list of subjects that the targeted coded list could be related to. You can choose more than one subject by selecting the ones you find related
   
   
   
   
3. Search by Description: it’s where you can enter the description of the coded list you are searching for then click enter to start searching or click the search button
   
   
   
   
4. Search by Organization: here you can search with the name of the organization that published the coded list then click enter to start searching or click on the search button
   
   
5. Search by Date: Enter the coded list publish date range by clicking the From field and choosing a date from the calendar, then click on the To field and choose the date limit from the calendar
   
   

You can click on clear to clear all search filters

1.2.2      How to purchase a coded list

1. Log-in with your subscribed organization admin user ( to know how to login follow the login process from here How to log in)
2. Click on Marketplace then click on Coded Lists
   
3. Here you will find the list of all public Coded Lists that you can purchase and explore
   Apply the search filters that you need to help you find the coded list that you want to purchase (Click here to know How to search for your coded list)
4. Click on Add to Cart right below the coded list that you want. This step has to be accomplished by an Explorer user only
   
5. The coded list will then be added to your cart
   
6. Click on Checkout to finalize the coded list purchase process. This step has to be accomplished by a Purchaser user only
   
   

All purchased coded lists will be added automatically into My ingredients under Coded Lists
