SVG files break map plugin

How to fix SVG files break ol-map plugin in offline collector?

In order for the Collector application to show SVG files in offline mode we should make sure of the following:
  1. Styles are hosted on accessible server "Online, penta-storage-service, etc..."
  2. Style URL is accessible via a browser
  3. Style width is the same as the original SVG
  4. Style height is the same as the original SVG
  5. SVG file should be of proper width/height ratio
