How to connect over WMTS layer?
Go to contribution catalogue >click on +On-Board button at the top left (under the banner) > choose your layers supported languages > Click Next > Choose WMTS from the GIS provider drop down list shown in the On-Board layer wizard > enter your WMTS URL > Click on load > Your WMTS layers will be loaded for you to choose the layers you want.
